Who is responsible
dusts.xyz is published by Saira SAS (Saira Labs), a French simplified joint-stock company registered in Paris under number 130 728 926, with its head office at 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France. Saira is the controller of the personal data described here. For any question or request, write to hello@saira.xyz.
We collect as little as we can. dusts has no accounts, sets no cookies, uses no analytics and no advertising trackers, and we do not sell data.
What we process, and why
- Your wallet address, when you connect a wallet: to show your balances, to ask the routing services for quotes, and to follow the status of your swaps. It is used to answer your request, not stored in a database.
- The swaps you ask for: networks, tokens, amounts and your slippage setting, sent with your wallet address to the routing services so they can return a quote and the transaction to sign.
- Your IP address: held in memory for a few minutes at most, to limit abuse of the service, then dropped.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps short-lived logs (request time, status, IP address) for security and troubleshooting.
The legal basis is the performance of the service you ask for, and our legitimate interest in keeping it secure. Wallet addresses and transactions on a public blockchain are public by nature. dusts never receives or stores your private keys.
On your device
Your browser keeps, in its local storage, which wallet you connected so you stay connected on your next visit. Nothing is sent to us from it, and disconnecting your wallet clears it. It is strictly necessary and needs no consent.
Who processes it
- Vercel Inc., hosting (United States).
- Relay and LI.FI, routing services that receive your quote requests and wallet address.
- Blockchain node providers (RPC), which receive the balance and transaction reads made for you.
- The wallet you connect, and the connection services it uses (such as WalletConnect by Reown or the Coinbase Wallet SDK), under their own privacy policies.
- CoinGecko, for market data only: no personal data is sent to it.
Some of these providers are outside the European Union. Transfers to them rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to receive it in a portable format, to restrict its processing, or to object to it. Write to hello@saira.xyz. We answer within one month. If you think your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
Changes
We will update this page when what we process changes, and change the date at the top.
