Terms of use

Who we are

dusts.xyz is published by Saira SAS (Saira Labs), a French simplified joint-stock company registered in Paris under number 130 728 926, with its head office at 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France. By using dusts you accept these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you accept them for that company.

What dusts is

dusts is an interface. It asks several routing services for a quote, shows you the best amount you would receive after every fee, and prepares the transactions that you then sign in your own wallet.

  • dusts never holds your funds or your keys. Every swap is signed by you and executed by smart contracts and protocols run by third parties, not by us.
  • Quotes come from independent routing services (today Relay and LI.FI). They pick the exchanges, bridges and solvers that carry out your swap, and they are responsible for them.
  • A quote is an estimate. Prices move, and the amount you receive can be lower than shown, down to the minimum shown before you sign (your slippage setting).
  • Sweep converts several tokens of your wallet into one token. Each token is a separate swap.

Fees

dusts charges no fee on swaps or sweeps. You pay the network fees (gas) of the blockchains involved, and the routing services may charge their own fees, already included in the amount shown before you sign. Network fees are due even when a transaction fails. If dusts introduces a fee, it will be shown before you sign and these terms will be updated first.

Risks you accept

  • Crypto assets are volatile and can lose all their value.
  • Blockchain transactions are final. A transaction sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network cannot be reversed by us.
  • Smart contracts, bridges and solvers can fail, be attacked or be delayed. A cross-chain swap can take longer than estimated, and can end with a refund on the origin network instead of the requested token.
  • Some tokens are not on any recognized token list, or behave in unusual ways (transfer taxes, blocked sales). dusts warns you about unlisted tokens and hides tokens flagged as risky, but cannot detect every bad token.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you sign. You confirm that:

  • you are of legal age and allowed to use crypto assets where you live;
  • you are not subject to sanctions, and you do not use dusts from a country or for a person under sanctions by the European Union, France, the United Kingdom, the United States or the United Nations;
  • you do not use dusts for anything illegal, including moving funds that come from a crime;
  • you do not attack, overload or try to get around the limits of the service.

We may restrict or block access to protect the service, its users, or to comply with the law.

No advice

Nothing on dusts is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Trending lists and rankings show market data, not recommendations.

Third parties

Your wallet, the routing services, the token lists and the blockchains are run by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, their prices or their content.

No warranty, limited liability

dusts is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that a quote will be the best price available anywhere. To the extent permitted by law, Saira is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, losses caused by third parties, by market movements, or by transactions you signed. Our total liability is limited to 100 euros. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

The service may change, be interrupted or be stopped. We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Using dusts after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably by writing to hello@saira.xyz, it will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, unless mandatory rules applicable to you provide otherwise.
